1. Oatmeal with berries and nuts

Ingredients:

  • oatmeal — 1 cup;
  • milk or water — 2 cups;
  • honey — 1 tbsp. spoon;
  • fresh or frozen berries (blueberries, raspberries, strawberries) — 1/2 cup;
  • Nuts (almonds, walnuts, hazelnuts) — 1/4 cup;
  • flax or chia seeds — 1 tbsp.

How to prepare

Pour milk or water over oatmeal and bring to a boil. Cook over low heat until ready (about 5-7 minutes). Add honey and stir well. Top with berries, chopped nuts, and flax or chia seeds.

Oatmeal is high in fiber, which support the gastrointestinal tract. Berries are rich in antioxidants that help fight free radicals, and nuts provide healthy fats and protein.

2. Yogurt smoothie with fruit and spinach

Ingredients.:

  • natural yogurt — 1 cup;
  • banana — 1 pc;
  • kiwi — 1 pc;
  • apple — 1 pc;
  • fresh spinach — 1 handful;
  • honey — 1 tbsp. spoon;
  • ice as desired.

How to prepare 

Peel and chop the banana, kiwi, and apple. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Add honey and ice (optional) and blend again.

Yogurt contains probiotics, which support intestinal health. Fruits provide the body with vitamins C and E, which are important for the immune system, and spinach is a source of iron and folate, which are important for maintaining overall health.

3. Omelet with vegetables and herbs

Ingredients:

  • eggs — 3 pcs;
  • milk — 1/4 cup;
  • tomatoes — 1 pc;
  • bell pepper — 1/2 pc;
  • spinach or green onions — 1 handful;
  • cheese (hard or soft) — 50 g;
  • salt, pepper;
  • olive oil — 1 tbsp.

How to prepare 

Beat the eggs with the milk and season with salt and pepper. Chop the tomatoes, peppers, and spinach (or green onions). Heat the olive oil in a frying pan, add vegetables, and cook until soft (about 5 minutes).

Add the egg mixture and cook over low heat until heated through. Sprinkle with grated cheese and let it melt.
